Tinney Waters is a family run fishery situated in a quiet, idyllic and secluded rural setting very close to the Devon / Cornwall border.

We have three main lakes, each stocked with general coarse species, including common/mirror and grass Carp, Tench, Rudd, Bream, Perch and Crucian Carp.

Accommodation on-site consists of Stable Cottage with en-suite bathroom, cooking facilities, comfortable lounge with TV and stereo; five holiday homes - each with two bedrooms, shower, toilet, hot water and colour TV, and a dual aspect Studio overlooking the lakes with cooking facilities, bathroom with corner bath and colour TV.

In addition we have bed and breakfast rooms at the main house, with en-suite bathrooms, tea and coffee making facilities and colour TVs.

All our TVs receive digital broadcasts via Freeview©, so if it is raining or you fancy a late night film there are a multitude of channels to watch - in addition, they are all fitted with Scart sockets - so if your children wish to bring their Playstations™ - they are welcome to do so.

Our holiday homes are generally let on a self-catering basis. However, a full English breakfast can be prepared for you (most days) by prior arrangement. This could include unlimited cereal, toast, coffee or tea, bacon, sausages, fried potatoes, beans, egg, etc. or variation thereof. A sumptuous start to the day for the inclusive price of £5.95. Wherever possible, all the ingredients are organically sourced.

Similarly, for those who really do not feel like cooking after a relaxing day fishing, evening meals (pre-booked from a menu available each morning) can be delivered to your units. Prices will be dependant upon the type of meals chosen.

Dogs are welcome at Tinney Waters, however, owners are expected to keep their dogs under control at all times and to clear up any mess that they leave behind. We have a large family of chicken and fowl that roam the grounds and these must be allowed to wander without being chased by uncontrolled pets. We also have visitors and guests without dogs who wish to enjoy the same amenities without being inconvenienced.
