Take Bodmin Street, which is opposite 'Dress It Up' / Holsworthy Travel with Cousins Cafe and Fish and Chip shop on the corner. Drive for approximately two and a half miles without turning off - DO NOT FOLLOW THE PYWORTHY SIGNS! You will come to a large white house on your right hand side with a turning just beside it also on the right hand side - IGNORE this turning, pass the white house and take the next turning on the right, which is approximately 300 yards further on. At the end of this road turn right and then almost immediately left. Our lane is the next turning on the left. You will see signs for Tinney Waters at the end of the lane and on the way in. Please note that although Pyworthy is our postal address it is approximately three miles away - so in some respects a very BIG red herring!
