The Cottages

Littlecot is our one bedroom, dog friendly cottage. Beautifully furnished to a high standard with king sized bed, enclosed front and rear gardens and private hot tub, it is a bit of luxury in a wonderful setting.

Stable Cottage has two bedrooms (one king sized and one twin) and is finished to a similar standard, again with private parking, garden and hot tub.

The Fishing Lodges

One 2-bedroom lodge, and one 3-bedroom lodge. All lodges have been fully refurbished and are regularly cleaned and maintained. Perfect for a casual fishing holiday. 

The Lakes

Housing 3 lakes, Tinney Waters offers multiple species of fish, including carp, bream, and tench. Whether a professional angler or a casual observer, we have everything you need to relax.
